Barrett and Barclay can inspect and test all aspects of an electrical installation for strength, integrity and
compliance with the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) regulations.

Our electrical installation test and inspection reports are detailed and provide our clients with the
necessary recommendations in order to plan their electrical installation maintenance plans.

Not only will any faults or defects be recorded, but wherever possible, we will suggest any relevant cost-
effective electrical installation solutions and provide a suitable timescale to complete the works needed.

We also offer comprehensive testing and assessment services for both emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.

All work is carried out in accordance with retrospective code of practises to ensure functionality, integrity and safety.
